What the game is, how it works, and how to get your account deleted if you can't reach the button inside the app.
01 About Just Blackjack
Just Blackjack is a single-player blackjack game for iOS and Android. You play against a computer dealer on a six-deck shoe: dealer stands on all 17, blackjack pays 3 : 2, and you can double, split, insure and surrender as you would at a real table. A live basic-strategy coach and a full Blackjack 101 are built in.
There is no multiplayer, no chat and no friends list. The only shared elements are three public leaderboards, a weekly Hall of Fame, and an anonymous feed of results.
Chips are a virtual score. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, and there is no real-money wagering anywhere in the app. See the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for the full detail.
02 Provably fair shuffling
Every shoe is seeded and committed before the first card is dealt. When a shoe is retired you can export it from the app and verify that the order of the cards matches the commitment made at the start. The game does not adjust the shuffle based on your balance, your bet, or how you're doing.
03 Delete your account from inside the app
This is the fast route and we recommend it. Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion happens immediately — it is not a queued request.
It removes, in order:
- your entries in any archived Hall of Fame week;
- your username reservation, freeing the name for someone else;
- your player profile — username, chips, XP, prestige, streak, owned characters and weekly result;
- your Firebase Authentication account, including the stored email address;
- all game data held locally on the device.
If you are playing as a guest, there is no cloud account to remove — the same option wipes the device.
Firebase will not delete an account on a stale sign-in session. If you are asked to sign in again first, that is a security check; the deletion continues afterwards.
04 Request deletion by email
Use this only if you cannot reach the in-app option — for example you have lost access to the device or the account. Fill this in and your mail app will open with the request ready to send.
We aim to action emailed requests within 30 days. Please send from the email address attached to the account where you can — it is the quickest way for us to confirm the account is yours.
05 Support
