Terms & Conditions — Just Blackjack
Welcome to the Just Blackjack mobile application (the "App"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the App publisher ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to download and play the App. If you are under the age required to form a binding contract, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your device, login credentials, and any activities conducted in your account. We are not liable for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure your account or device.
2. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases
- The App may offer virtual currency or items ("Virtual Goods") obtained through gameplay or optional in-app purchases.
- All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual Goods have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be transferred outside the App.
- Purchases are optional. You are not required to buy anything to enjoy the core gameplay experience, and any purchase is made at your own discretion and risk.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Goods, their availability, or pricing at any time without liability.
3. Gameplay, Losses & Assumption of Risk
The App is provided solely for entertainment. We are not responsible for any perceived or actual losses, including loss of virtual currency, time, data, or opportunity.
You agree that gameplay outcomes are determined by chance and/or programmed logic, and you assume all risks associated with using the App. The App does not offer real-money gambling; any resemblance is for entertainment only.
4. Online Interactions & User Content
The App may include multiplayer or social features. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you share. We are not responsible for the actions, communications, or content of other users.
You agree not to use the App to harass, defraud, threaten, or violate the rights of any person. We may monitor interactions and remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to do so.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code;
- Use bots, cheats, exploits, or automation to gain unfair advantage;
- Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, graphics, and code related to the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment purposes only.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continued availability of any feature, or that the App will be free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE RELEVANT IN-APP PURCHASE DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $5.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.
11. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App publisher is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless local laws require otherwise. Where permitted by law, you waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
